Sick Kids

We've got pukers in our house this week.  Unfortunately it passes pretty quickly from one kid to the next and before we knew it we had 3 kids home sick at the same time!  Desh figured out that sitting next to the toilet was his best bet and stayed there for most of the day.  He kept telling me "Mom I gwow up."  Can't wait for this spell to finish it's round at our house...

Rease Principal's Pride

Rease earned the Principal's Pride award and I'm so proud of her! Mrs. Keller really loves having Rease in her class this year and always says  how great of a leader Rease is to her classmates.  Keep it up girl!

Christmas Tree

We love that it's Christmas time at our house!  Putting up the Christmas Tree is one of our favorite traditions to do on Thanksgiving weekend.  Merry Christmas to all!

Candy Day

Our annual candy day is here!  We love this day and all the sugar that flows freely from our house.  The kids have become really good helpers and we are getting more efficient every year getting all our packages done.  This is one of our favorite Christmas traditions and we love delivering our treats to the people we love!

Helmet head

This little guy didn't even seem to notice that his helmet was all skeewampus... It might be a little hard to ride a bike with a helmet this way, but oh well!

Date Night

I love going on dates with this man of mine.  He is so good at taking me out every week and even after all this time, we still love to be together and laugh at each other's quirks.  Happy date night to us!

Fix it man

I was fixing a doorknob and Beck asked if he could help me screw in the screws.  I love how he concentrated so much on his task.

Citrus Pear

I just recently heard of a company called Citrus Pear that helps you put together freezer meals.  A group of us decided we would give it a try and signed up to do it together one night.  It was AWESOME!  It was all set up and ready for our group and was super organized.  Each person has a station and the organizer comes around and gives us instructions on each meal and what needs to go in each bag.  We cut up vegetables and measured out some spices to go in the meals, but most of it was done ahead of time for us.  We ended up making 10 meals each and they all look delicious!  I can't wait to try them.  The best part is, we didn't have to shop for all the ingredients and we didn't have to clean up after we were done!  It was the best and I am definitely going to do it again soon.  

Keen parent teacher conference

Keen loves that he is in 1st grade and gets to go to school all day.  Mrs. Hoffer is amazing and we love having her as a teacher.  She had great things to say about Keen and said he is a great helper in class.  We love to hear good things about our kids - so proud of Keen!

Liev parent teacher conference

Liev has loved Mrs. Ashby so far in 2nd grade and Mrs. Ashby says Liev is doing really well in school.  He missed a couple weeks with his accident but has made up all his work and worked really hard to get caught up.  So proud of this boy and all he does!

Rhen parent teacher conference

4th grade and Miss Dall this year and Rhen is super excited!  She got a great report in parent teacher conference and Miss Dall said she is a great student and works really hard.  It's going to be a great year in 4th grade!
